Step 1 - Purchase Order
To avoid delay in processing your order, please ensure your purchase order contains exact quantities and materials. Please stipulate any finishing details as well as special requirements with regards delivery.Step 2 - Sending your files

Sending a hard copy mock up is recommended as it allows us to determine pagination as well as any potential errors. You can also upload your files as the size may be too great for email. This may be done either by our FTP server or using a free online service such as We Transfer. Please contact us for details.
Step 3 - What happens after we receive your files?
After we receive your files, your order will be processed and we will send you a refined low resolution digital proof via e-mail or FTP with a ‘Proof Acceptance Form’ confirming your specifications. Once you are satisfied with your proof and you have signed the acceptance form, you need to send it to us to get the job underway.Step 4 - How to pay?
You can pay using the following methods:- Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards, with no charge on debit cards but a 2.5% surcharge on credit cards. - By Cheque
Please specify you job number and details on the reverse of the cheque and post to our business address which is listed above - By BACS or Internet Transfer
