Terms and Conditions

Orders and quotes

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are accepted subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Artwork and proofs

Customers are responsible for checking all proofs carefully before approving print. We accept no liability for errors in supplied artwork or customer-approved proofs, including spelling, wording, dates, contact details or images. Please check everything carefully before giving your approval.

Payment

For new customers, payment is required before collection or dispatch of goods. For account customers, payment terms are as agreed at the time of setting up an account. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices.

Delivery

Delivery dates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We accept no liability for delays caused by factors outside our control. Risk in goods passes to the customer on delivery or collection.

Returns and complaints

Any complaints regarding the quality or specification of printed goods must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns for goods printed to an approved proof. We will always aim to resolve any genuine quality issues fairly and promptly.

Intellectual property

You warrant that any artwork or material supplied to us does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from such infringement.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
