What happens after you request a quote

We keep things simple and communicate clearly at every stage so you always know where your job is.

Step 01

We review your enquiry

We look at your requirements and come back with accurate pricing and any questions we need answered.

Step 02

You confirm and send artwork

Once happy with the quote, you confirm the order and send your artwork files. We can help if the artwork needs checking or amending.

Step 03

Proof and approval

Where needed, we send a digital proof for your approval. Please check all content, spelling and details carefully before approving.

Step 04

Printed and ready for you

Your job goes into production and we let you know when it is ready. Collect from Rugeley or we arrange delivery — your choice.

Yes — just tell us what the printed item is for and we will advise on size, paper, quantity and finish. We would rather you ask than guess, and we are always happy to help you work out what you need.
No. We can quote based on the item, size and quantity without artwork. If you do have artwork ready, feel free to send it with your enquiry and we can check it at the same time.
A print-ready PDF is preferred, with 3mm bleed, crop marks and high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi). We also accept InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Publisher and Word files. See our Artwork Guide for full details.
For new customers, payment is required before collection or dispatch. We will advise on payment options when confirming your order. Credit accounts may be available for regular customers, subject to application and approval.
Yes — you are very welcome to collect from us at Unit 105 Anglesey Court, Wheelhouse Road, Rugeley, WS15 1UL. We can also arrange delivery if you prefer. Please let us know which you need when placing your order.
