- Paper or card type, if known
- Single-sided or double-sided print
- Full colour, black only or Pantone colour if required
- Any folding, stitching, laminating, numbering or other finishing
- Whether you already have artwork
- Whether you need help with artwork or design
- Collection or delivery requirements

Sending artwork or files
If you already have artwork, you can attach it to your email. For larger files, please send a WeTransfer link. Where possible, artwork should be supplied as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed, crop marks and high-resolution images. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, send it over and we can check it before printing.
Payment for new customers
For new customers, payment is required before your order is collected or dispatched. Credit accounts may be available for regular customers, subject to application and approval.
