How to Order
Ordering print from Lichfield Printers is straightforward. Here is how the process works.
Step 1 — Tell us what you need
Email info@lichfieldprinters.co.uk with details of your print job. Helpful information includes: what item you need printing, quantity, finished size, paper type if known, any finishing required, your deadline, and whether you already have artwork or need help with design.
If you are not sure about paper, size or finish, just tell us what the item is for and we will advise on the best option.
Step 2 — Send your artwork
You can send your files by email. If your files are too large to email, use a file transfer service such as WeTransfer and email us the download link. Where possible, please supply artwork as a print-ready PDF with 3mm bleed, crop marks and high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi).
Step 3 — Artwork check and proof
Once we receive your artwork, we will check the file before printing. Where needed, we will send you a digital proof by email for approval. Please check the proof carefully before approving — including spelling, contact details, dates, page order, images and all content.
Step 4 — Approval and production
Once you have approved the proof, your job will move into production. We will aim to complete your print within the agreed timescale and let you know when it is ready.
Step 5 — Collection or delivery
You are welcome to collect from our premises in Rugeley. If you need delivery, please let us know when placing your order and we will advise on options. For new customers, payment is required before collection or dispatch.
